About introduction of amendments to the Law on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens No. 499/1999
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens No. 499/1999 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 87-91, 214), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Item and) Article 8 of the word "40 percent" shall be replaced with words "80 percent".
2. In Article 13 of the word "20 percent" shall be replaced with words "50 percent".
Art. II. – This law becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
