About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease" of June 17, 2015 No. 374

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure and conditions of provision of state-owned property in lease on projects of public-private partnership, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease" of June 17, 2015 No. 374 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Provision of state-owned property in lease within projects implementation of public-private partnership (further - PPP) is performed according to this Provision taking into account the features established by Chapter 4-1 of this provision. In case of contradictions between regulations of Chapter 4-1 of this provision and other its regulations, Chapter 4-1 provisions are applied.";

- declare Item 11-1 invalid;

- to "the private partner" to add the paragraph of the eighth of Item 18 after words with the words "and/or project company";

- add with Chapter "4-1" of the following content:

"4-1. Procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease within projects implementation of PPP.
