I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 2, 2004 No. 104 "About approval of the Rules of protection of public health performing content, cultivation, use, production, procurement (slaughter), storage, conversion, transportation (movement) and realization of the moved (transported) objects, from diseases, general for animals and the person" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 2768, 2004, Art. No. 29-32, 963) the following changes is published in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
in the Rules of protection of public health performing content, cultivation, use, production, procurement (slaughter), storage, conversion, transportation (movement) and realization of the moved (transported) objects, from diseases, general for the animals and the person approved by the specified order:
2) of Item 2 to exclude the subitem;
9) and 10) of Item 3 to state subitems in the following edition:
"9) is freely provided to the state veterinary health inspectors for veterinary survey by the moved (transported) objects;
10) is carried out by acts of the state veterinary health inspectors;".
2. To provide to department of veterinary, phytosanitary and food safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
