1. Item 1-2 of the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 on approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit (2008, 189, Art. 1173), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"1-2. Since April 1, 2020 the level of the minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed in the amount of % 4,8 proceeding from the annual growth of consumer price index for previous year, and after indexation constitutes 1107 lei."
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
