1. This Federal Law determines bases of state regulation of gas export proceeding from need of protection of economic interests of the Russian Federation, execution of the international obligations by gas export, ensuring receipt of the income of the federal budget and maintenance of fuel and energy balance of the Russian Federation.
2. This Federal Law is applied to the gas extracted from all types of fields of hydrocarbonic raw material and transported in gaseous or liquefied state (further also - gas natural in gaseous state, gas natural in a liquefied state respectively).
1. Legal regulation of gas export is performed by international treaties of the Russian Federation, this Federal Law, other Federal Laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
2. Requirements of this Federal Law are not applied to gas export, made according to the production sharing agreements signed about day of entry into force of this Federal Law, and also to gas natural in a liquefied state, exported out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation as supplies on water vessels according to procedure and conditions of movement of supplies which are established by the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union.
1. The exclusive export right of gas natural in gaseous state is provided to the organization - the owner of unified gas supply system or its subsidiary in which authorized capital share of the organization - the owner of unified gas supply system constitutes hundred percent.
1.1. The exclusive export right of gas natural in a liquefied state is provided:
1) to persons specified regarding 1 this Article;
