1. Declare invalid the joint order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2018 No. 12 and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2018 No. 608 "About approval of Rules of implementation of trading activity of pawnshops" (it is registered in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 17673, it is published on November 9, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
2. To provide to department of domestic trade of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its official publication.
