About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the civil aircrafts entered in the Register of civil aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 2, 2008 No. 202

For the purpose of implementation of state regulation of activities in the field of civil aviation and development of domestic civil aviation, increase in goods availability and services for the population of regions, according to the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the civil aircrafts entered in the Register of civil aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 2, 2008 No. 202 the following changes:

- the second or fifth Item 1 to state paragraphs in the following edition:

"-inclusion of aircrafts in the State register of civil aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic, which age more than 25 years from date of issue, except for the aircrafts intended for accomplishment of commercial freight transportation, age no more than 50 years from date of issue;

- operation of cargo aircrafts age more than 50 years from date of issue;

- transportation of passengers on the aircrafts which are earlier included in the State register of civil aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic, which age more than 40 years from date of issue.";

- state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Exclude the aircrafts which were not carrying out flights within the last 2 years due to the lack of the flight validity from the State register of civil aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

- in Item 3 to replace the word of "communications" with the word of "roads";

- declare Item 3-1 invalid.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic.
