About prohibition of import, production, production, sale and use of synthetic fishing nets, elektrolovilny systems in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

This Law is directed to preserving water biological resources, circles their dwellings and providing the favorable environment in the Kyrgyz Republic.
For the purposes of this Law the following concepts are used:
synthetic fishing nets - networks from the threads received in the chemical way;
elektrolovilny systems - the devices consisting of electric generators of signals, with the connected conductors and the accumulator (battery), jointly performing function of production (catch) of water biological resources by means of electric current.
For the purpose of preserving water biological resources and the circle their dwelling import, production, production, sale and use in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of synthetic fishing nets, elektrolovilny systems is forbidden.
In case of detection of synthetic fishing nets and elektrolovilny systems by authorized state bodies their withdrawal according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic is performed.
The list of synthetic fishing nets, elektrolovilny systems and procedure for their destruction are established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Operation of this Law extends only to import, production, production, sale and use of synthetic fishing nets, elektrolovilny devices and does not extend to import, production, production, sale and use of fishing nets from natural materials.
Income gained from illegal activities is subject to withdrawal and transfer in the republican budget.
