About modification and amendments in regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of national pensions

According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 28, 2019 No. ZRU-558 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan", of September 12, 2019 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of system of rendering mental health services" and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 8, 2018 the No. UP-5505 "About Approval of the Concept of Enhancement of Rule-making Activities" Cabinet of Ministers decides No. ZRU-567:

1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of national pensions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 8, 2011 No. 252 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 37, St 377), according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on financial and economic questions and reducing poverty - the Minister of Economy and Industry D. A. Kuchkarov.

Changes and additions made to Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of national pensions

1. Add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

The statement of the person condemned to imprisonment, serving sentence for appointment (recalculation, recovery, transfer from one type of pension into other type) pensions moves administration of colony settlement in department of the Pension fund of the colony settlement location. To the application for purpose (recalculation) of pension it is in addition enclosed data on length of service.

Department of the Pension fund:

on the basis of data on length of service of person gives practical help in collection of the documents, necessary for purpose (recalculation) of pension, specified in Items 12 - the 14th this provision;

requests pension case in the relevant district (city) department of the Pension fund based on the statement for recovery or prolongation of pension payment".

3. Add with Item 18-1 of the following content:

"181. The passport copy (residence permit) of the person condemned to imprisonment, serving sentence in colony settlement moves administration of colony settlement in department of the Pension fund of the colony settlement location".

4. State Item 157 in the following edition:

"157. Pensions are paid proceeding from the sizes and terms specified in the decision of the commission.

"157-1. Money transfer on pension payment by means of bank plastic cards is performed based on the payment order and the sheet provided by departments of the Pension fund in electronic form by means of information system.

Actually financed means in time no later than the next working day from the date of submission of the payment order and the sheet in electronic form are enlisted by the servicing branch of commercial bank into account 22617 - "Obligations according to plastic cards of pensioners", open for the pensioner or the receiver of benefit.

157-2. The pension payment amount for incomplete days of month is determined in the following procedure:

by division of the amount of the granted pension on the number of calendar days of the corresponding month the payment amount in one day is calculated;
