About modification of the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses in police agencies

Bring in the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses in police agencies approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 6, 2015 No. 1376, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 01, 2015 for No. 1496/27941 (with changes), such changes:

"If technically possible the resolution on the case of administrative offense is constituted electronically with use of the mobile logistic device with automatic assignment to it the corresponding series and number, and also with indication of the data determined in appendix 7 to this Instruction which is integrated into electronic card about administrative offense and is printed out by means of special technical devices in the form of tape.";

Item 6 of the Section VI to state 2) in the following edition:

"6. Accounting of administrative offenses in electronic form is performed based on electronic card about administrative offense according to the Instruction approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of July 04, 2016 No. 595, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 28, 2016 for No. 1059/29189.".
