About modification of the Regulations on procedure for declaring of customs value of goods approved by the Order of the Government No. 974/2016

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations on procedure for declaring of customs value of goods approved by the Order of the Government No. 974/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 265-276, 1057), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Formula of harmonization to state 1) in the following edition:

"This Provision shifts Articles 129-133, 135-142 and 144 of Regulations (EU) No. 2015/2447 of the European commission of November 24, 2015 about establishment of rules of application of separate provisions of Regulations (EU) 952/2013 European Parliament and the Council establishing the Customs code of the Union published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 343 of December 29, 2015 with the last amendments made by Regulations of application (EU) No. 2018/604 of the European commission of April 18, 2018.";

In case after receipt of the additional information or lack of the answer of the customs applicant of doubt do not disappear, the customs authority can make the decision that customs value cannot be determined according to part (1) article 11 of the Law on customs tariff.
