1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 24, 2017 No. 503 "About approval of Rules of creation and submission of the annual statement about execution of the republican budget" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2017, Art. No. 36-37-38, 251) the following changes:
in the Rules of creation and submission of the annual statement about execution of the republican budget approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. The analytical report about execution of the republican budget reflects execution of the corrected republican budget for accounting financial year and includes the analytical data on receipts and implementation of republican budget programs based on results of budget monitoring and assessment of the results which are carried out by administrators of budget programs and the state body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The analytical report on receipts contains information:
about the income of the republican budget, including the analysis of execution of tax revenues, non-tax receipts, sales proceeds of fixed capital, receipts of transfers with statement of the major factors which influenced execution of the plan of receipts, and reasons for rejection of the actual execution from the plan of receipts of the income;
about receipts from repayment of budget credits, including major factors and reasons for rejection of the actual execution from the plan for receipt of funds for repayment of budget credits;
about sales proceeds of financial assets of the state with indication of reasons for rejection of their actual receipt from the planned amounts.
