Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of January 12, 1996 No. 7-FZ "About non-profit organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 3, Art. 145; 2006, No. 3, Art. 282; 2007, No. 49, Art. 6061; 2009, No. 23, Art. 2762; 2010, No. 15, Art. 1736; 2012, No. 30, Art. 4172; 2015, No. 48, Art. 6724; 2016, No. 23, Art. 3303; No. 27, Art. 4220; 2017, No. 47, Art. 6846) following changes:

Item 2.2 of Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2.2. The non-profit organization - the contractor of socially useful services is understood as socially oriented non-profit organization which does not perform function of the foreign agent, has no tax debts and to charges, other to stipulated by the legislation obligatory payments of the Russian Federation and corresponds to one of the following requirements:

1) rendering for at least than one year of socially useful services of proper quality;

2) proper projects implementation, the socially useful services providing implementation of activities for one or several priority directions in the field of rendering with use of the grants of the President of the Russian Federation provided on development of civil society (further - projects on rendering socially useful services).";

2) in Item 2.1 of Article 31.4:

a) after words "socially oriented non-profit organization" to add with words ", article 2 of this Federal Law provided by the subitem 1 of Item 2.2,";

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Assessment of results of realization by the socially oriented non-profit organization provided by the subitem 2 of Item 2.2 of article 2 of this Federal Law of projects on rendering socially useful services is performed by the organization authorized on provision of grants of the President of the Russian Federation on development of civil society.".
