About modification of the Regulations on payment procedure of pensions in the public pension system and the public social benefits approved by the Order of the Government No. 929/2006

1. In the Regulations on payment procedure of pensions in the public pension system and the public social benefits approved by the Order of the Government No. 929/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 134-137, 1008), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 24 to add 1) with Item and-1) the following content:

"and-1) to persons with the heavy restrictions of opportunities set before achievement of 23-year age";

To add 2) in Item 46 after the word of "years" with the test", persons with the heavy restrictions of opportunities set before achievement of 23-year age,".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
