About additional measures for the organization of activities of Special construction management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
about catering services of the military personnel of compulsory military service of Special construction management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Special management) on the terms of outsourcing according to the procedure, established for the military personnel and divisions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
about provision to Special management of the right of rendering to legal entities and physical persons of services and implementation of contract works (construction, transport, and also other works on activities profile) of the available forces and means of Special management (including work of the military personnel of compulsory military service) on paid basis.
2. Determine that in case of temporary dislocation of divisions of Special management in areas with severe climatic conditions salary accrual by the worker and employee, cash allowance by the serviceman of all categories of active duty (except compulsory military service) is performed using the corresponding territorial coefficients.
3. Determine that:
the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan has the right to set run limits (motor potentials, engine hours) of automotive, special and engineering vehicles, and also aggregates of Special management, proceeding from technical and operational regulations and features of activities;
