About additional measures for decrease in risks of distribution of COVID-2019

Due to the continuing global distribution, threat of delivery and spread of new koronavirusny infection (COVID-2019) in the territory of the Russian Federation, according to Item 6 of part 1 of article 51 of the Federal Law of 30.03.1999 No. 52-FZ "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 14, the Art. 1650) I decide:

1. To management officials of subjects of the Russian Federation (heads of the supreme executive body of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation):

1.1. Provide carrying out laboratory inspection on COVID-2019 to all persons which came back within 2 weeks from the countries of Europe or arrived en route from the countries of Europe, and also to all persons which came back within a month from foreign trips and who asked for medical care concerning emergence of symptoms of catarrhal diseases.

1.2. Determine:

- procedure for carrying out laboratory researches of material from the persons which do not have signs of catarrhal diseases and not being contact with sick COVID-2019, including possibility of selection of material from such persons at the airports;

- the list of laboratories of the medical organizations having the sanitary and epidemiologic conclusion for work with III-IV group of pathogenicity with use of the methods which are not assuming allocation of the activator;

- the need for test systems for diagnostics of COVID-2019.

1.3. Carry out work with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs on ensuring accomplishment of recommendations about the organization of the mode of work of workers, including on:

obligatory disinfection of contact surfaces (furniture, office equipment and others) in all rooms during the day;

to use in rooms of the equipment on air disinfecting;
