Provide to the State Customs Service operational customs clearance of load of crew members and passengers of the aircraft performing flight for ensuring evacuation of citizens of Ukraine and members of their families from zone of outbreak of sharp respiratory disease COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus in the Republic of Italy, and Administration of the State Border Service - first-priority control during crossing of border.
