About modification of some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 294/1998 about accomplishment of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 406/997 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 30-33, 288) to make the following changes:

1) in Item 3:

a) in paragraph three:

in the subparagraph the second "/in lease" to exclude the text;

after the subparagraph to add "route sheet" with the subparagraph of the following content:

"power of attorney;";

after the subparagraph to add "the count sheet of purchase of milk" with the subparagraph of the following content:

"the commodity and accompanying notification";

b) in paragraph six after words of "tax delivery notes" to add with the words "and commodity and accompanying notifications";

2) in Item 1 of appendix No. 1:

"/in lease" to exclude the text;

add with the subparagraph of the following content:

"The commodity and accompanying notification";

3) in Item 3 of appendix No. 2:

the text "/in lease" to exclude, after the text "tax delivery notes," to add with the text "commodity and accompanying notifications,", and after the text of "tax delivery notes" to add with the text ", commodity and accompanying notifications;

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Use by subjects of forms of acts of purchase of services in delivery for rent / in lease of property and the related expenses valid before entry into force of this resolution, to complete expenditure of inventories of subjects and the State Tax Administration is allowed."

2. In appendix No. 21 to the Regulations on compensation of the value added tax approved by the Order of the Government No. 93/2013 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 27-30, 140), the explanation to the table to state in the following edition:
