1. To management officials of subjects of the Russian Federation (heads of the supreme executive body of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation):

Provide preparation of places for the organization of continuous medical observation taking into account the available capacities of medical, sanatorium and other organizations with the corresponding material logistics and medical attendance, considering duration of such observation of 14 calendar days.
1.2. Specify the available schemes of transportation of persons directly from the airports in case of need of their room under medical observation.
1.3. Organize together with the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing activities in the field of public catering and trade in food, actions for providing the strengthened disinfection mode.
1.4. Provide continuous medical observation for the term of 14 calendar days of the citizens of the People's Republic of China having the residence permit in the Russian Federation in case of their return from the People's Republic of China. In case of emergence in such citizens of the People's Republic of China of the symptoms which are not excluding new koronavirusny infection to conduct their isolation and laboratory examination.
