1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Disciplinary charter of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 9, 2011 No. 98:
to exclude from subitem 5.2 of Item 5 of the word "and safe engineering";
in Item 12:
state subitem 12.2 in the following edition:

24.2. causings by the official in connection with execution of service duties to the state, legal and (or) physical persons of the property damage established by the judgment which took legal effect;
24.3. numerous (two and more times within six months) violations of the procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens and legal entities, and also illegal refusal established by the legislation in consideration of the addresses of citizens and legal entities which are within the competence of the relevant state body;
24.4. numerous (two and more times within six months) submissions to authorized bodies of incomplete or false information;
24.5. illegal accountability of citizens and legal entities;
