In case of refusal to two and more consumers at the same time in provision of goods (performance of works, rendering services) or access to goods (works, services) for the reasons connected with condition of their health, either life activity restriction, or their age or in case of the corresponding numerous refusal to one or two and more consumers at the same time administrative responsibility provided by part 5 of this Article comes for such refusal to each consumer and for each case of such refusal separately.".
