About the National plan action for preparation of the Republic of Tajikistan for ratification and implementation of the Convention on the rights of disabled people

According to article 16 of the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the National plan of action for preparation of the Republic of Tajikistan for ratification and implementation of the Convention on the rights of disabled people it (is applied).

2. To the ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government to take necessary measures for implementation of the specified plan and annually till February 1 to provide information in the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Annually till March 1 to provide to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan information in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the course of accomplishment of the specified plan.
