Some questions of purchase of medical products for prevention of drift and distribution in the territory of Ukraine the sharp respiratory disease caused by Covid-19 coronavirus
Due to the threat of drift and distribution in the territory of Ukraine to the sharp respiratory disease caused by Covid-19, coronavirus the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Permit the Ministry of Health with involvement of the specialized organization Crown Agents which conducts procurement, conduct procurement of medical products, medicines, immunobiological medicines for prevention of drift and distribution in the territory of Ukraine of the sharp respiratory disease caused by Covid-19, coronavirus at the expense of remaining balance of the means formed in 2019 and provided for purchase of chemotherapeutic medicines, radiopharmaceuticals and medicines of maintenance for treatment of the oncological patients formed on accounts of the specialized organization Crown Agents which conducted procurement in the directions of use of budgetary funds according to the "Providing Medical Actions of Separate State Programs and Complex Actions of Program Nature" program, by the conclusion of agreements (contracts) with the specified specialized organization.
2. Bring in the list of the medicines and medical products which are purchased based on agreements on purchase with the specialized organizations which conduct procurement in the directions of use of budgetary funds in 2019 according to the "Providing Medical Actions of Separate State Programs and Complex Actions of Program Nature" program No. 255 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2019 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 28, the Art. 987), changes which are applied.
3. To the Ministry of Health to calculate the need for medical products for prevention of drift and distribution in the territory of Ukraine of the sharp respiratory disease caused by Covid-19, coronavirus at the national level.
