About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the Federal Budget for 2020 and for Planning Period of 2021 and 2022"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 2, 2019 No. 380-FZ "About the federal budget for 2020 and for planning period of 2021 and 2022" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 49, the Art. 6939) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) in part 1:

in paragraph one of the word "in the amount of 112 863 billion rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount of 113 631 billion rubles";

b) in part 3:

add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"with the public (municipal) state institutions, being contractors of the public (municipal) contracts (contracts, agreements) specified in paragraph one of this Item;";

in Item 3:

add with the new paragraph the fifth the following content:

"for the purpose of implementation by Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation of design and exploration work, capital repairs, construction and reconstruction of capital construction projects for the benefit of objects of the state protection;";

to consider paragraphs of the fifth and sixth respectively paragraphs the sixth and seventh;

add with the paragraph the eighth the following content:

"based on public contracts (contracts, agreements) which contractors are the public (municipal) state institutions;";

to consider the paragraph of the seventh the paragraph the ninth;

3) in Article 6:

a) regarding 1 word "in the amount 851 585 167, 6 thousand rubles and for 2022 in the amount 616 246 099, 6 thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount 793 343 467, 1 thousand rubles and for 2022 in the amount 594 223 210, of 9 thousand rubles";

b) regarding 2 words "9 and" shall be replaced with words "9, 9.1 and";

c) "11," to add part 3 after figures with figures "11.1,";

d) regarding 4 words "14 and" shall be replaced with words "14, 14.1 and";

e) in part 5 of the word "16 and" shall be replaced with words "16, 16.1 and";

4) regarding 1 Article 8:

b) in Item 3 of the word "in volume of 209 130 029, thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "in volume of 199 884 662, 0 thousand rubles";

c) add with Item 6.1 of the following content:

"6. 1) budgetary appropriations for 2020 in volume of 10 000 000, 0 thousand rubles, for 2021 in volume of 10 000 000, 0 thousand rubles and for 2022 in volume of 10 000 000, 0 thousand rubles provided on the subsection "Other Nation-wide Questions" of the Section "Nation-wide Questions" of classification of budgets expenses on financial provision of actions of individual programs of social and economic development of the Republic of Adygea (Adygea), Altai Republic, the Republic of Kalmykia, Republic of Karelia, Republic of Mari El, Republic of Tyva, the Chuvash Republic - Chuvashia, Altai Krai, the Kurgan region, the Pskov region according to decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation;";

d) add with Items 16.1 - 16.3 following of content:

"16. 1) budgetary appropriations for 2020 in volume of 21 800 000, 0 thousand rubles, for 2021 in volume of 43 600 000, 0 thousand rubles and for 2022 in volume of 43 600 000, 0 thousand rubles provided on the subsection "General education" of the Section "Education" of classification of budgets expenses on the organization of free hot meals of the students getting primary general education in the state and municipal educational organizations according to decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation;

16. 2) budgetary appropriations for 2020 in volume of 19 300 000, 0 thousand rubles, for 2021 in volume of 44 900 000, 0 thousand rubles and for 2022 in volume of 42 300 000, 0 thousand rubles provided on the subsection "General education" of the Section "Education" of classification of budgets expenses within implementation of the national Education draft of the federal project "Modern School" on creation of occasional seats in the general education organizations in certain subjects of the Russian Federation in connection with growth of number of students caused by demographic factor according to decisions of Presidium of Council in case of the President of the Russian Federation for strategic development and national projects;

16. 3) budgetary appropriations for 2020 in volume of 881 339, 3 thousand rubles, for 2021 in volume of 2 744 019, thousand rubles and for 2022 in volume of 2 744 019, the thousand rubles provided on the subsection "General education" of the Section "Education" of classification of budgets expenses on the monthly monetary reward for cool management to pedagogical employees of the state and municipal general education organizations according to decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation;";

e) add with Items 18.1 and 18.2 of the following content:

"18. 1) budgetary appropriations for 2020 in volume of 50 000 000, 0 thousand rubles, for 2021 in volume of 100 000 000, 0 thousand rubles and for 2022 in volume of 100 000 000, 0 thousand rubles provided on the subsection "Out-patient Help" of the Section "Health care" of classification of budgets expenses on implementation of decisions of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation directed to upgrade of primary link of health care of the Russian Federation;

18. 2) budgetary appropriations for 2020 in volume of 15 559 226, 6 thousand rubles, for 2021 in volume of 93 850 272, thousand rubles and for 2022 in volume of 98 186 540, 5 thousand rubles provided on the subsection "Social Security of the Population" of the Section "Social policy" of classification of budgets expenses on provision of subsidies to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation for the purpose of joint financing of payment commitments of the subjects of the Russian Federation arising in case of purpose of monthly payment to the child aged from three up to seven years inclusive;";

To add 7) with appendix 9.1 following of content:

"Appendix 9.1

to the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2020 and for Planning Period of 2021 and 2022"
