Article 1

1) in Article 35:

a) the fourth to state part in the following edition:

"4. Consideration of the application concerning the citizenship of the Russian Federation given person specified in the Item "and" of part one or part pervoy.1 article 32 of this Federal Law and decision making about acceptance to citizenship of the Russian Federation or about getting out of citizenship of the Russian Federation in the simplified procedure are performed till three months from the date of filing of application and all necessary documents processed properly.
