About modification of some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 711/2010 about approval of the Standard regulations on the organization and functioning of social service "The protected housing" and the Minimum quality standards" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 148-149, 810), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution of the word "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case, and shall be replaced with words the words "social employee of community" in any grammatical form "the social assistant" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in Item 3 of the resolution the text "and also the means arriving from donations, grants" to exclude";

3) in appendix No. 1:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The social service "The protected housing" (further – Service) is the specialized social service created according to the decision of suppliers of the social services (further – the supplier) specified in article 7 of the Law No. 123/2010 on social services.";

b) add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The service is provided by the public or private supplier accredited according to the Law No. 129/2012 on accreditation of suppliers of social services.";

c) in Item 3:

2) to declare the subitem invalid;

3) and 4) to state subitems in the following edition:

"3) the commission on functioning of Service (further – the Commission) – the body created according to the decision of the supplier with the powers in the field of functioning of Service established in the regulations on its activities approved by the supplier";

"The head put 4) – the social assistant, person responsible for case of the beneficiary.";

d) 1) of Item 6 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) deinstitutionalization and the prevention of institutionalization of persons with limited opportunities owing to mental disturbances";
