About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the biospheric territories in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the biospheric territories in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 11, the Art. 447) the following changes:

Research activities in the biospheric territory are directed to studying of natural complexes and (or) objects, observation of dynamics of natural processes for the purpose of assessment and the forecast of ecological situation, development of scientific bases of conservation, preserving biological and landscape diversity, reproduction and rational use of natural resources and sustainable development.";
