About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning foil for stamping

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning the foil for stamping classified by code 3212 10 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2022 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) in line item with code 3212 10 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "10C)" to replace with the reference "68C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 68C of the following content:
