1) in Article 15.1:

a) in the name the word "Obligations" shall be replaced with words "The rights and obligations";

b) add with part two of the following content:

"The legal entity who signed the contract for evaluating with the customer has the right:

request information and documentation, necessary for evaluating, from the customer of assessment;

refuse evaluating object of assessment and terminate the agreement on evaluating if the customer did not provide provision of necessary information on object of assessment or did not provide the working conditions corresponding to the agreement.";
