Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About food of babies and children of early age" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 8, Article 417; 2004, No. 10, Article 781; 2007, No. 6, Article 561; 2011, No. 2, Article 70; 2017, No. 1, Article 4, No. 7, Article 1284) to make the following changes:

1.2. in article 2 after words "this Law," to add with words of "the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On foodstuff"";

1.3. under Article 7:

1.3.1. give Article 7.1 in the following edition:

"7.1. The minimum requirements to quality and safety for the artificial foodstuff intended for children, conditions of their production, packaging, marking, storage, transportation and sale shall conform to requirements of technical regulations in the field of safety of foodstuff, and also to rules of the World Health Organization in this area.";

1.3.2. repeal Article 7.2;

1.3.3. in Article 7.3 after the word "data" to add with the words "according to article 11 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic " about foodstuff "";
