About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of active energy complexes

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of active energy complexes.

2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation:

in 2-month time to approve requirements to the managed intellectual connection of active energy complexes;

till March 1, 2023 to carry out the analysis of practice of functioning of active energy complexes and to provide the report in the Government of the Russian Federation including offers on feasibility of further application and development of active energy complexes;

within 6 months from the date of entry into force of the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation on feasibility of further application and development of active energy complexes to develop and make offers on modification of the corresponding regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 6 months from the date of its official publication.
