1. Bring in appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, the following changes:

a) state Items 17 and 17-1 in the following edition:

"17. Decision making about application of measures according to article 50 of the Agreement on the Union (except for decision makings about application of bilateral protective measures taking into account Item of 171 these appendices and trigger protective measures) and about procedure for their application.

17-1. Decision making about application according to article 50 of the Agreement on the Union of bilateral protective measures in case of not achievement of arrangements with the third state, the international organization or the international integration association on provision of compensation or rejection of decisions on application of the specified measures by Board of the Commission, and also decision making about prolongation, change and cancellation of the specified measures if decisions on their application were made by Council of the Commission according to this Item.";

b) add with Item 136 of the following content:

"136. Determination of body as contact Item, responsible for implementation of functions, from the Union according to provisions of the international treaties of the Union signed with the third states, the international organizations or the international integration associations.".
