About modification of the Order of the Government No. 288/2012 about creation of National council on coordination of actions according to the prevention and fight against organized crime and modification of some orders of the Government

Based on Items a), f) and g) Articles 5, Item h) Articles 6, Items k) and r) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 288/2012 about creation of National council on coordination of actions according to the prevention and fight against organized crime and modification of some orders of the Government (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 88-91, 327), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To add 1) with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on National council on coordination of actions according to the prevention and fight against organized crime.";

2) in appendix No. 2:

a) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Are part of National council:

a) Minister of Internal Affairs, vice-chairman of National council;

b) Attorney-General;

c) Minister of Justice;

d) Minister of Defence;

e) Minister of Finance;

f) Minister of Economy and Infrastructure;

g) Minister of Health, work and social protection;

h) Minister of Education, culture and researches;

i) Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration;

j) the chief prosecutor of Prosecutor's office on fight against organized crime and special cases;

k) chief of the General inspectorate of police;

l) chief of the General inspectorate of boundary police;

m) the chief of the General inspectorate on emergency situations;
