About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of mollusks and meat of krill

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of the mollusks and meat of krill classified by codes 0307 43 380 0, 0307 43 900 0, 0307 52 900 0, 1605 40 000 1 and 1605 53 900 0 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till March 31, 2023 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) in line items with codes 0307 43 380 0, 0307 43 900 0, 0307 52 900 0, 1605 40 000 1 and 1605 53 900 0 CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "1C)" to replace with the reference "69C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 69C of the following content:
