About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About municipal property on property"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About municipal property on property" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 4, the Art. 159) the following changes:
in Article 12-1:
a) in the paragraph the second to exclude parts 1 of the word "according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
b) regarding 2 words "stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic about privatization of state-owned property" shall be replaced with words "determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
