The government of the Russian Federation decides:

State subitem 5.3.1 of the Regulations on Federal Communications Agency approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2004 No. 320 "About approval of the Regulations on Federal Communications Agency" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 27, Art. 2783; 2005, No. 18, Art. 1682; 2007, No. 41, Art. 4902; 2008, No. 42, Art. 4825; 2009, No. 6, Art. 738; 2010, No. 26, Art. 3350; 2013, No. 45, Art. 5822; 2015, No. 2, the Art. 491), in the following edition:

"5.3.1. accomplishment of actions for management and recovery of single network of telecommunication of the Russian Federation in case of emergency situations, holding trainings with telecom operators and executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation for determination of readiness of communication networks for threat of emergence of emergency situation;".
