Add appendix 7 to the technical regulation of the Customs union "About requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and ship fuel, fuel for jet engines and to fuel oil" (to TR CU 013/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 826, the note of the following content:

"Note. Till December 31, 2023 for the courts participating in domestic water hauls production and release into the stream of commerce of ship fuel with mass fraction of sulfur of no more 1,5 of % are allowed.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
