1. The regulations on planning, approval and implementation of investments approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 283/2016 of 15.11.2016. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 9-18, of the Art. 45), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1183 of January 11, 2017, to make the following changes:

1) Art. 17 of the item b) after the phrase "settlement" to add with the phrase ", occasionally";

"If within accounting year regulations which will influence the level of the investments included in the Annual investment plan are adopted, this fact will allow owners of licenses to submit additional change orders of the Annual investment plan.";

"45. If the realized cost of investment exceeds the cost approved by the Agency according to the Annual investment plan in the tariff purposes, the cost of the approved investment taking into account consumer price index for the Republic of Moldova in the corresponding year is recognized.";
