About modification of the Regulations on service quality on transfer and electricity distribution approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 282/2016 of November 11, 2016

Based on the item i) h (1) Art. 7 of the Law No. 107/2016 on the electric power (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 193-203, the Art. 413) the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. The regulations on service quality on transfer and electricity distribution approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 282/2016 of 11.11.2016. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 459-471, of the Art. 2146), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1174 of December 20, 2016, to make the following changes:

1) Art. 56 of the item b) to change as follows:

"b) for compensations provided in Art. 15 and Art. 16 – since January 1, 2021";

2) to Add Art. 56-1 and Art. 56-2 with the following content:

"56-1. For the purpose of realization of the provisions established in the station 56, till March 1, 2020 operators of distributive systems shall develop and provide to the Agency the action plans concerning implementation of the mechanism of automatic compensation for final consumers with indication of specific types of activity, terms of realization, necessary financial resources and sources of financing. The agency will take into account information included in above-mentioned action plans in the course of consideration of annual investment plans of operators of distributive systems.";
