Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 226-FZ "About troops of national guard of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 27, Art. 4159; 2017, No. 50, Art. 7562; 2018, No. 11, Art. 1575; No. 31, Art. 4853; No. 42, Art. 6378; 2019, No. 49, Art. 6963) following changes:

1) part 1 of Article 9 to add with Item 34 following of content:

"34) to perform measures for ensuring own safety.";

2) Article 24 to add with part 8.1 following of content:

"8.1. Citizens of the Russian Federation cannot be accepted on military service (on service), Federal public civil service or work in troops of national guard, and the military personnel (employees) and faces of civil personnel of troops of national guard can be discharged from military service (from service), Federal public civil service or work on the bases, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, and also in case of refusal from passing of the checks provided by this Federal Law, non-presentations of information which is subject to obligatory representation according to this Federal Law or representations of obviously false information.";
