1. For the period till October 1, 2020 to establish rate of the value added tax in the amount of 8% when making the turnovers on realization and commodity import included in the list of socially important food products approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2010 No. 145.

2. For the period till December 31, 2020 to exempt from payment of excises of producers of excise goods in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on gasoline (except for aviation), to diesel fuel, implemented for export.

3. For 2020 to establish coefficient "0" to rates of the property tax of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs on the taxation objects used when implementing business activity in the field of tourism, public catering and hotel services.

4. For the taxpayers referred to category of subjects of micro, small or medium business according to the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

- grant delay of payment due date on all taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget, and also to social payments till June 1, 2020;

- suspend till June 1, 2020 taking measures regarding application of methods of ensuring execution of the tax liability which is not fulfilled in time and recovery by enforcement of tax and customs debt, and also debt on social payments, except for taxpayers with high risk;
