Based on the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998 (repeated publication: Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126 BIS) National commission on the DECIDES: financial market
1. In Regulations about the organization and functioning of the National commission on the financial market (The resolution EXPERT No. 49/16 of 1.11.2018; The Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 430-439, of the Art. 1694) to make the following changes:
1) In Item 8:
a) in the subitem 2) after words of "Advisory council" to add with the text", Sectoral council in the field of the external help in the non-bank financial market";
b) in the subitem 15)" (National securities depository)" to exclude the text.
2) In Item 11 after the word "checks" to add with the text "/inspections".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
