In the conditions of emergency situation and (or) in case of threat of spread of the disease constituting danger to people around and also if within thirty calendar days after adoption by the Government of the Russian Federation of the decision on carrying out monitoring of retail prices on the medicines which are not included in the list of vital and essential drugs in the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation growth of retail prices on the specified medicines for thirty percent and more is revealed, the Government of the Russian Federation has the right to establish marginal selling prices of producers on the specified medicines, the extreme sizes of wholesale allowances and the extreme sizes of retail allowances to the actual selling prices of producers on the specified medicines.
