About modification of Regulations about the organization and functioning of the National commission on the financial market

Based on Art. 2 and Art. 20 of the h. (1) the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998 (it is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126 BIS) the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. In Regulations about the organization and functioning of the National commission on the financial market (The resolution EXPERT No. 49/16 of 1.11.2018; The Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 430-439, of the Art. 1694) to make the following changes:

Item 8 to add 1) with subitem 36-1) of the following content:

"36-1) confirms the order of the chairman on distribution of obligations and powers to vice-chairmen and members of Administrative board in the conditions of Art. 25 of the h. (1) item d) Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998.";

2) in Item 10 of the word "about the activities and about functioning of the non-bank financial market" shall be replaced with words ", approves the annual plan of public procurements of the National commission,".

3. In Item 15:

a) "release and exception of securities" shall be replaced with words words "registration of the securities entered in the State register";
