About modification and amendments in some orders of the State Tax Administration

In pursuance of provisions of h (10) Art. 132-4 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (special release is repeatedly published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007), provisions of Sections VI and VIII of the Tax code, based on changes and additions made by the Law No. 171 of December 19, 2019 on modification of some legal acts (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 393-399, 319), and also the Order of the Ministry of Finance on change and amendment of budget classification No. 140 of October 28, 2019 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2019, 1846) I ORDER to Art. No. 326-327,:

1. Change and add:

1) the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 108 of May 19, 2017 about approval of the form of Calculation for the non-personal tax and the Instruction about procedure for its filling (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 162-170, 991) as follows:

a) in appendices No. 1 and 2 of the word "till July 25" to replace with the text "till September 25 inclusive";

b) in all text of appendix No. 1 of figure "113110", "113130" and "113150" to replace with figures "113161", and in the R4 code of figure "113230" to replace with figures "113210".

2) in appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 1721 of December 5, 2014 about approval of the Instruction about procedure for filling and submission of the Report on charges for natural resources (Forma TRN 15) and the form Forma TRN 15 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2014, No. 366-371, the Art. 1843) lines 1.1-1.4 regarding collection for water (to change cod ECO 114611) according to appendix No. 1 to this order.
