For the purpose of decrease in risk of distribution in the Republic of Belarus the infection caused by COVID-19 coronavirus (further – the infection of COVID-19), streamlining of the international motor transportations and based on article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 No. 340-Z "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" DECIDES: Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Determine that:

1.1. within 10 calendar days from the date of arrival in the Republic of Belarus shall be in self-isolation and persons which arrived to the Republic of Belarus from the countries are not subject to the subsequent omission through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus (before the self-isolation expiration):

the countries included in the list in which COVID-19, infection cases posted on the official site of the Ministry of Health on the global computer Internet are registered (further - the list);

not included in the list, no more than 24 hours following en route through the countries included in the list in case of absence at these persons of documentary confirmation of stay in transit countries.

Foreign citizens and stateless persons, except for constantly living in the Republic of Belarus, arrived from the countries which are not included in the list when crossing Frontier of the Republic of Belarus shall have the original of the medical document (in the Russian, Belarusian or English languages), confirmatory negative result of laboratory research on COVID-19 infection * (further - the medical document).
