About modification and amendments in some acts

1. The order GGNI No. 143 of September 13, 2002 about approval of forms of recovery by enforcement of the tax liability (2005, 629) to change Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova to Art. No. 176-181 as follows:
a) Add the Act of Arrest form with the text:
"According to Art. 273 of the Tax code the act of arrest can be appealed in the State Tax Administration: MD-2005, мун. Chisinau, Ulitsa Konstantin Tenase, 9, within ten working days from the date of bringing to data of the appealed act".
2. The order GGNI No. 379 of March 15, 2017 about approval of the forms necessary for application of measures for ensuring repayment of the tax liability (622) to change Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova 2017, No. 85-91, of the Art., as follows:
a) The "Decision on Ensuring Repayment of the Tax Liability" form (appendix No. 1) to add with Item 3 following of content:
"According to Art. 268 of the Tax code the decision on ensuring repayment of the tax liability can be appealed in the State Tax Administration: MD-2005, мун. Chisinau, Ulitsa Konstantin Tenase, 9, within 30 days from the date of the message of the decision".
b) The "Act of Arrest as Measure of Ensuring Repayment of the Tax Liability" form (2) to add appendix No. at the end with the text:
"According to Art. 268 of the Tax code the act of arrest as the measure of providing can be appealed in the State Tax Administration: MD-2005, мун. Chisinau, Ulitsa Konstantin Tenase, 9, within 30 days from the date of the message of the act".
