Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Item 61 (1) Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313; 2009, No. 52, Art. 6609; 2013, No. 35, Art. 4521; 2019, No. 6, of the Art. 533) to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Provisions of Items 53 - 61 these Regulations do not extend to cases of entering into the Government federal executive bodies or Coordination council under the Government of the Russian Federation on fight against spread of new koronavirusny infection in the territory of the Russian Federation (further - Coordination council) drafts of the acts prepared in pursuance of decisions of Coordination council, and also the Plan of priority actions (actions) for ensuring sustainable development of economy in the conditions of deterioration in situation in connection with spread of new koronavirusny infection. Such drafts of acts are introduced to the Government according to the procedure and terms which are established by decisions of Coordination council.".
