About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 2012 No. 92
Based on part five of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 "About rendering mental health services" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 349-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 2012 No. 92 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out psychiatric survey of the persons suffering from mental disturbances (diseases) and being in stationary organizations of social servicing" the following changes:
1.1. state the name in the following edition:
"About procedure for carrying out psychiatric survey of persons which are in stationary organizations of social servicing";
1.2. in preamble of the word of "2012" shall be replaced with words "2012 No. 349-Z";
1.3. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for carrying out psychiatric survey of the persons suffering from mental disturbances (diseases) and being in stationary organizations of social servicing it (is applied).";
1.4. in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out psychiatric survey of the persons suffering from mental disturbances (diseases) and being in stationary organizations of social servicing approved by this resolution:
in Item 2 of the word "of January 7, 2012 " about rendering mental health services " (the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 10, 2/1901)" shall be replaced with words "About rendering mental health services";
state Items 3 and 4 in the following edition:
"3. Psychiatric survey of the persons suffering from mental disturbances (diseases) and being in stationary organizations (further - persons), is carried out:
