About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social support"

Article 1. ZR-231-N "About social support" (further – the Law) to declare Item 7 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 17, 2014 invalid.
Article 2. To state Item 3 of part 2 of article 12 of the Law in the following edition:
"3) to persons which underwent to violence in family as the shelter provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About prevention of violence in family, protection of persons which underwent to violence in family, and recovery of solidarity in family" for up to 12 months.".
Article 3. Article 1 of this Law becomes effective in month after day of its official publication, and Article 2 – in year after day of its official publication.
